Since 1952, Parasol's has been serving the best Po' Boys east of the Mississippi! Heck, people have been known to travel across state lines just to sink their teeth into a famous Roast Beef Po' Boy or devour some good 'ole local favorites. It almost goes without saying that you don't want to be anywhere else for St. Patrick's Day. In fact, it's more than a day. At Parasol's, we blow it out for an entire week:

March 12, 2009 - St. Baldrick's "Be Brave. Go Bald." Shave the way to conquer kid's cancer. Let's hit $10K!

March 14, 2008 - St. Patrick's Day Parade. It ends where it all really begins...at Parasol's!

March 17, 2008 - Parasol's Annual Block Party. It's an all-day affair so make sure you don't have to work.

Everyone makes it a habit to stop by the bar...even if it's just for a drink (or two, or three, or...well, you get the idea). Parasol's is a favorite for local New Orleanians and visitors alike. It's a warm-hearted and welcoming place, whatever your mood and whatever the hour. Just plan to stay a while because there's plenty of food and drinks to go around. In fact, we'd almost bet that once you get here, you won't want to leave. And that's how we like it!
