St. Patrick's Day Parade. It ends where it all really begins...at Parasol's!

Rolling on Saturday, March 13, the Uptown/Irish Channel parade is put on by the Irish Channel St. Patrick’s Day Club.
Founded in 1947, the Club has witnessed years of inevitable change and decline in the Channel, yet is still going strong. This year, they will be rolling with over 1,400 members, its largest group ever. The Irish Channel St. Patrick’s Day Club has raised money for the Special Olympics; distributed Thanksgiving food baskets; supports the Chrones Benefit Golf Tournament for Chrones Research and the Chef’s Charity of St. Michaels Special School.
The New Orleans area has been drawn to Parasol’s for this annual event with its friendly atmosphere and fantastic foods. Please join us in celebrating this great Irish Heritage and Tradition.
